Back in Romania

After a wonderful–if not way too short–trip to American we are back home in Romania. When we left Suceava on March 7, there was  foot and half of snow on the ground and the flakes kept coming, but upon our arrival the ground was snow free and it appears spring has come to Suceava. Praise the Lord!

Bogdan and I had a great time in America.  Bogdan was able to get a taste of American life and is ready to go back for a visit. Bogdan loved my family and the feeling was mutual.

It was great seeing so many friends and family in Wilmington. And to catching up with our MBK family in PA.  Bogdan was made to feel so welcomed everywhere we went.  We enjoyed our trip to Chocolate world, the beach, the Savannah ship, down town Wilmington and the aquarium at Fort Fisher.

At Fort Fisher Beach.

Thank you to everyone who prayed for us, for our safe travel and no lost luggage.  We are not sure when we will return to the US for furlough, but will keep you posted.  In the meantime, we have a wedding to plan!

We are planning to leave Monday evening to drive down to Bucuresti.  Our flight is at 5:40 am.  We will fly to Germany and then on to Charlotte before landing in Wilmington.

Please pray for safe travel, short lines at security and immigration, grace going through US immigrations, and no lost luggage!

See you soon.
